Our onsite boring facility allows us to refurbish worn holes by using an automated bore welding process and re-machining the item back to it’s standard diameters using only one set up.

Our experienced team can refurbish and line bore booms, buckets, linkages and pivot points for bulldozers, excavators and front-end loaders and we are also able to provide flange face welding and hardened pins and bushes to suit your requirements.

The BORTECH BW3000 Auto Bore welder automated step welding system provides you with a new degree of welding performance and precision.

Our BB5000 is the most compact, versatile and powerful line boring machine in its class. Easy to set up, designed to make quick work of tough jobs in spaces too restrictive for most boring machines. Easily configured for difficult machining applications.
