On-site Engineering/Welding Service

We offer a unique on site service, no matter what your location. If you can't get to us, we can get to you with our mobile workshop, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are often out on mine sites, in trucking yards and in the middle of the wop wops where it is isolated with no amenities. Heavy Transport

We make those awkward jobs easy with Lenny, our 2004 Scania P420 8 wheeler truck with a remote controlled Palfinger 42502 crane mounted to the deck.

Earth Moving Machinery and Material Handlers

Stainless Steel and Aluminium

We work alongside companies heavily involved in the dairy industry and come up with solutions and innovative ideas to make things run smoothly. We've modified gullets on milk tankers, complete preseason inspections, repairs and modifications on a large fleet of milk tankers, fabricated ski poles, tool boxes...the list goes on. Click here for more information.

Fabrication

We constantly have a steady stream of items being fabricated for our customers. Whether it be on the smaller scale like a ski pole or letterbox stand, through to the larger scale projects like bridges that we have fabricated and installed or blast doors for an underground mine site. Click here for more information and photos.

CAD (Computer Assisted Drawing)

We use AutoCAD Inventor to produce an array of 3D models and 2D drawings.

Plasma Cutter

Miller Big Blue 800 Duo Air Pak

 With the Big Blue 800 mobile industrial welder, we can have two operators working at the same time from the one machine. This not only saves everyone both time and money, it is ideal for labour intensive job sites or sites with limited space. No job is too big, no site is too small.

Machine Shop

We invested in lathes and milling machines to save us from having to outsource our machining work. By doing this we save both time and money for the customer.
