With his strong sporting background (Otago Rugby League Rep) and with a competitive nature this makes for great leadership as Site Weld's Projects Manager.
His trademark smile and relaxed confidence reassures our customers that all is well.
With fifteen years experience under his belt his knowledge base has taken him from building hi-ab cranes - to structural steel work - to ship repairs and all general engineering.
He likes to think he is a better welder than Adrian and competitions are a regular occurrence.
It has always been a standing joke that Shane lives at the workshop and now with newly acquired couches in the office it may not be a joke!
Shane is a staunch family man, with a strong work ethic.
