Bryce Rae - Design & Innovation

Bryce joined the Site Weld team in 2016 after spending 30 years working in the steel making industry, timber processing and trailer manufacturing.
 
Working initially as a trade trained fitter/turner/welder, he progressed to operation supervising and process engineering including working in Thailand and the US in engineering management roles.

Bryce loves the challenges of design and drawing and while normally quiet and mild mannered, the occasional profanity comes from his office corner during a complex design.  

Bryce is happily married with 2 young boys and enjoys spending his free time playing the piano, reading and working on his lifestyle block.
